What your fitness goals are: Strength and endurance.
What about your body that you want to change: Just smaller thighs, that's it.
What your current workouts involve: I weight lift 3 - 4 times a week and jog twice a week. I squeeze in yoga or Pilates whenever I can.
I have a question: I am really trying to not be so sluggish during the day, but it seems like it constently plagues me. I work out, but I still feel sluggish afterward. I've cut my sweet in take as well.
I've tried vitamins, a low carbohydrate diet, a high carbohydrate diet, sleeping early, sleeping late...but I'm still groggy. Any recommendations?
Also, can you think of any form of exercise that is fun and gets me out doors often? I hike and stuff, but I want something that's really going to push my limits while I reside in the city.
