Yes, it has been awhile since I posted here. But I need motivation. Lately I have been feeling like a slug, and I want to go out and workout, but I just lack the will power. You would think that wanting to fit into my skinny jeans again would be enough. I am at around 145-150 right now and I want to get down to 140 or 135 and fit into my jeans again, and feel healthy. I also really need to get my eating habits back in order. I have been doing alright...I drink alot of water, and eat fruits and veggies as lunch/snacks. I am also trying to get my g/f to eat better and workout with me. She is trying. Anyway that is all. Any advice or motivation would be great. Thank you everyone!
